1. Service and operator
NetroBot is a technology product owned and operated by Tawrid Digital Establishment in Saudi Arabia. It provides WhatsApp business conversations, campaigns, templates, teams, automation, and integrations.
Some features depend on third parties including Meta, AI providers, and payment providers and are also subject to their terms.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be legally authorized to create the account and accept these terms for your organization. You are responsible for accurate information, credentials, and account activity, and must notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and comply with Saudi law and Meta and WhatsApp Business policies.
- Obtain valid recipient consent where required.
- Do not send spam, deceptive or prohibited content, or infringe third-party rights.
- Do not compromise the platform, bypass limits, or misuse APIs.
- Keep templates, content, and contact lists lawful and current.
4. WhatsApp and Meta
The service depends on WhatsApp Business Platform. Template approval, number quality, messaging limits, pricing, and restrictions are controlled by Meta. We do not guarantee approval or uninterrupted availability. You must maintain your Meta account and permissions.
5. Subscriptions and fees
The checkout identifies plan price, term, and features. Meta messaging and third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated. Subscriptions renew for the selected term and applicable taxes are charged.
6. Content and data
You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for a lawful basis to process customer data.
7. Availability and support
We use reasonable care to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance and third-party outages may occur. Features may change for improvement, compliance, or technical reasons.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, policy breach, or security and legal risk. You may cancel through your account; accrued charges remain payable.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit caused by misuse or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Law and changes
Saudi Arabian law governs these terms. We may update them as the service or requirements change; the latest revision date appears above. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance.
